Tour de Bacalar

Bacalar or Laguna de los siete colores, is a lagoon located in the state of Quintana Roo and is very close to Chetumal, the capital of that state. The Mayan word Bacalar means "near or surrounded by reeds". Of circular form, the lagoon is shallow, and you can swim the whole day, around you are established both private house and small inns that allow according to different rates swimming in the lagoon and if you want to spend the night, either in a room or camping. And if it were not enough, Bacalar is also the gateway to the underwater caverns of the Cenote Azul and interesting Mayan archaeological sites covered by the jungle.
